Pulseman (パルスマン Parusuman) is the main character of the video game Pulseman. He is a teenage "Half C-Life" boy, son of a human father (Doctor Yoshiyama) and a C-Life mother. Because of this, Pulseman can freely move in both the real and virtual worlds, and he has the power of electricity. He can use electricity in various way. His signature move is Voltteccer, in which he becomes a ball of electricity. His main weakness is water because it shorts out his power. He is a good friend with Beatrice, a young C-Life girl he saved from Galaxy Gang. Pulseman uses his powers to stop the Galaxy Gang, led by Doc Waruyama.
- Pulseman is thought to be the inspiration behind Rotom, a Pokémon from the 4th Generation games Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. They have a noticeably similar color scheme, head pattern and both share electrical aspects.
